A common area separate from all the rooms where the residents (and other guests) can all hang out together. Kanzaki Dorms common area is a chic lounge with a few plasma TVs and free wi-fi for all students. A grand piano stands in one corner of the room, along with a coffee and smoothie bar which is open to all residents.
