I'd be tempted to ask how Yakuza-like groups and virtually all of the major events in the storyline thread stand for a high school board....but a no is a no... lol...good idea Elmind...but ah well.... lol...also hope it wasn't actually a plot for a new character XD

Okay, let me summarise the Main issues around here. Original idea: Dark world tournament Summary: People getting together and fighting in an apparently alternate dimension?.Even that sounds bad to my ears... Problems: -Lack of proper plot -Is abit too dark natured to fit into a High school board -Continuity issues -Time restrictions -Lack of proper planning -Unrealistic .... Well, basically, the main problem is this: Elmind just isn't plain motivated enough to properly plan out the tournament, it's procedings and such. He just watched a certain anime, took it's events and ran with it without thinking about the problems it would bring. So, anyway, I thought up abit of stuff to fill the gap. Basically, every few years or so (The actual time period can be changed depending if we are going make a second tourney using the same concept) there is a Tournament held in a specfic alternate dimention generally called the Dark world, funded by the Insert name here, an alliance consisting of govermental bodies from various dimentions. The original reason seemed to be a way for the various factions to prove to each other which one is stronger without any substantial loss of lives or resources as compared to, say, an all out war. Over the ages, it became something similar to what a soccer tournament would be to us, an established sport, with there being several skilled fighters from each world participating. So, for the Dark tournament XXXXIIIVVVVVV or whatever it was, a decision was made amongst the organisors to add some.... New blood into the tournament. Our dimention (we'll just call it Dimention 001 for convinence.) was chosen due to the fact that it lies directly on the meeting point bewteen several larger dimentions, hence getting a rather undefined natural laws which resulted in a larger concentration of people possesing unique ablities. However, our universe lacks a unified world goverment, something which they didn't realise. Their Messenger was sent to Shinya high school due to the high concentration of unique beings in this area and their lack of understanding of our concepts lead to them mistaking us for the world goverment of 001. Unfortunately, due to a malfuntion with the dimentional portal, the messenger lost the bag containing the letters of challenge soon after arriving in 001. So, at this point, anyone who is interested in the event could just "accidentally" come across the letter while wondering around, which would provide details of the tourney, when it starts, how to enter the dark world, and the prizes involved(Undecided at this point, but would probaly involve some power ups of some kind. Of course, we will have to limit the number of contestants to prevent total chaos). This solves the problem of not having the entire board take part in it while still allowing those interested in it to sign up. The time diference bewteen 001 and the Dark world should be about one day to 2-7 days (To be decided later) mainly for convinence purposes. So, basically, that's my idea so far. C+C?
