Ladies, Gentlemen, and Sex Androids alike, I'd like to welcome all of you to the first annual Shinya Fan Fiction Contest. Just like the Fan Fiction Contest held back in yester year, this contest is pointed towards all of the writers of Shinya (which most of you should be, since you write for a Forum RP!) The contest is simply voluntary, since it's for whoever submits a piece, and the winner (THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!) will win the set prize. Information for the Fan Fiction Contest is as follows: Deadline: January Fifteenth (15), 2008 Prize: Winner's choice between either a Level Up, or a Mystery Item to be used ICly. Guidelines: The Story must be holiday themed, such as Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza, etc. and set during that time frame. Writers, RPers, and Sex Androids... ...GO! |

The Lonely Grave of Paula Schultz Touya sighed as he walked through the streets of the downtown area of Shinya, a single rose in his hand and his appearance being rather spiffy for today. Touya, who wore a buttoned up white shirt, along with simple dress pants and a belt, was dressed for a rather fine occasion today. As of today, thanks to the removal of Ishida Eiji and Seth Devaros as the leaders of Wo Shing Society, Touya was now the new single leader of the group. Learning only that very morning, Touya felt very refreshed, renewed as a person in general. He felt like Nikolai Lezhun or, to a more noticeable reference, like Michael Corleone. It was now Touya’s responsibility to maintain stability, as well as strike back at all his enemies in one fell swoop in order to establish power once again. However, right now wasn’t his time for that so called revenge, right now he was off the clock and ready for something else entirely. Touya continued walking through the streets of the city, bound for the tallest structure in the city, the one spot where if you looked from atop it, you would be able to look down on the people of the city like the ants they truly were. The place Touya was heading for was Shinya Tower, and he was in the mood for a little bit of love. Walking rather impatiently towards his destination, he came upon it in no time, and decided to hurry and get there as soon as possible. Picking up the pace, Touya was across the street from Shinya Tower soon enough, and standing under it just like she promised, was his date. She wore a nice Chinese dress of some fashion designer or another, but it complimented the woman’s figure nicely. The dress itself was red and black in color, black for the lining and red for the actual body of the dress, and all drawn nicely around the belly region of the dress was a dragon, breathing ever so coolly designed fire. The dress itself was rather short, just coming a little bit past the girl’s buttocks to just barely cover her underwear, if she was wearing anything. Touya also noticed his date talking to another man, a man he recognized as a front door attendant at Shinya Tower. From the looks of it, it seemed as if he was a bit tempted by the girl. But, then again, who wouldn’t be tempted by such a lady? Touya walked across the street calmly, with a smile on his face, and finally confronted his date. “Long time no see, beautiful.” Touya spoke to Angel, smiling as he leaned in and kissed her gently on the lips. The front door attendant seemed to scurry off immediately, whether he’d been scared by the sudden approach or if Touya would actually beat him up for flirting with his date. Angel seemed to respond well, gently kissing him back with the usual devious smile as well. Knowing a smirk like that, Touya knew this date was going to end well. Angel took the rose from Touya right before he leaned in and kissed her again, his hands gently rested on her hips as he kissed her passionately in front of a lot of people. The kiss seemed to last forever, but both of them seemed to smile as Touya pulled away from her. “The limo’s here to take us to our destination.” Touya said sweetly to her, his hands gently caressing her arms before taking hold of her hands. Touya pulled back and gently pulled her towards the limo, and she complied by simply following him into the back of the limousine. The driver would have normally asked where the two of them were going, but he seemed to already know exactly where the couple was going as he drove into the traffic. The driver also rolled up the one way mirror in between the front and back, just so he wouldn’t be able to listen in on the conversation. Touya opened up a cabinet in the back of the limousine and pulled out a small bottle, along with two glasses. Touya poured for the both of them, clinked glasses, and began drinking until they reached their destination. “So, what made my little Kuri-Kun decide to finally come out and talk to me again?” Angel asked, crossing her legs ever so seductively as she scooted closer to Touya, the man of the hour. “Well, I decided it was time to bury the past, forget the horrible tragedies of school life as we both move into the real world. Out with the bad, in with the good.” Touya simply said to her, a smile on his face as he kissed her ear ever so gently. “Really, that’s it?” She asked. “Yes, really. Is something wrong with that?” “Of course there is.” “What would that be then?” “You can’t stand even looking at me.” “Not with all those clothes on, no.” Within a second, they were back to kissing again. However, as opposed to last time when all the passion was gentle, soft and loving, this was rougher around the edges. There was a lot more intimacy in the way both of them connected, their arms tightly wrapped around each other, their lips parting and their tongues touching ever so gently. Touya leaned back as she leaned forward, pressing her body against his as she slowly removed her mouth from his and began kissing his neck ever so gently. Touya smiled and laughed softly as she began to unbutton his white shirt. Everything was going great until the limo came to a stop, and when the driver opened the door. Both Touya and Angel stopped, turned towards the driver, and gave a sheepish smile. The driver held back a laugh as he nodded over towards the building they were in front of, apparently the destination of their little adventure. Angel smiled, got up, and simply stepped out of the limo, Touya in tow as they approached the entrance to the building. The two of them walked through the lobby of the building, hand in hand, laughing about whatever it was they were laughing about as the two of them took the elevator back up to the room that Touya had reserved, for the fun part of today. Once up in the room, both Touya and Angel got busy real quickly, Touya pinning her down on the bed as he kissed her roughly, passionately as he fumbled around with the zipper on the back of her dress. At the same time, Angel simply removed the boy’s belt and unzipped his pants, leaving him in only his best boxers. It took Touya only a little while longer, but soon enough she was down to just her underwear as well, her arms tightly wrapped around Touya as he continued to pleasure her. However, during the whole process, Angel noticed something out of the corner of her eye, something that showed that she was not only in for one hell of a night, but that she was being manipulated by the boy. Touya, meanwhile, swung the ice pick at Angel, who simply slapped it out of his hand and crashed it into a million pieces. Meanwhile, she adjusted herself just slightly, bringing her legs up and around Touya’s neck, pulling him down and thrusting him off the bed with her bare feet. Once she heard the loud thud on the floor, she quickly hopped off the bed, where she noticed him face down on the floor, struggling somewhat to get back to his feet. She merely grabbed him by the silver hair on his head and pulled him back to his feet, where she smirked at him and began to taunt him. “I see you like to play rough now. But, are you sure you can keep up with me?” Angel asked, pulling him by his hair and throwing him into a nearby wall, another loud thud escaping the wall. Touya again tried to summon something, but Angel simply brought the back of her strong right hand against his face, causing blood to squirt from his nose, as well as his lip to bleed. Maybe she would have her way with him again since he was so willing to play rough, or maybe she would just play with him, and make him enjoy it before she sat on his throat and suffocated him. Liking the second option better, she pinned him up against the wall he was up against, pushing her mouth over his as he struggled to try and summon something. However, despite the fact that she was in full control, he managed to get something sharp formed out of ice and make a long, but narrow, slash along her back. Touya managed to distract her with pain long enough to loosen himself from her grip. Using the wall as collateral, he pushed her backwards, Angel landing softly on her back onto the bed she was making love on before. Touya managed to form a large block of ice and held it above his head with both hands before bringing it back down towards Angel. As Touya had planned, Angel was now pre-occupied by the large block of ice, and she used her inhuman strength to smash the huge block into a million pieces. All Touya did was keep a long piece and, with a swift and powerful blow, plunged the small pick into the center of her chest, certainly reaching the girl’s heart. Angel’s eyes widened as she felt the icy weapon pierce her chest, her life flashing before her eyes within a split second. Her creator Diene, her natural born hatred for Touya during their first meeting at the gazebo by the lake, and especially the first time she shared anything with Touya, also known as the day she first had her way with him. It wouldn’t matter though, all of that was over, and she was now dead in her underwear in a hotel room she didn’t even recognize. Touya, in the meantime, stabbed her several more times with the pick before finally getting rid of it. Touya stumbled as he got up, nearly tripping over the dead girl’s foot as he made his way over to the phone by the bed. Touya quickly dialed a number, and within a few seconds somebody picked up the phone. “It’s finally done, send up a cleaning crew…fuck yeah she put a fight, the little bitch always does…no, I’m alright…really, just a hit in the head…seriously, stop fucking asking if I’m fine…send up the cleaning crew…I already know where she’s gonna go.” Touya hung up the receiver and sighed as he slumped back against the bed, the girl bleeding on the sheets and onto the hard floor. It felt like forever, waiting for the cleaning crew to come get the girl’s body and get rid of the blood stains all over the bed. Touya left with them, ready to get rid of the girl’s body. ~~~~~ Later that night, Touya and a few others were at the cemetery, standing over a dug grave that was going to be used tomorrow for an American woman. Angel was already in the ground, face up and pale as a vampire…well, almost as pale, she hadn’t been dead long. Still, she looked very sad, tortured as the men shuffled dirt over the girl, just enough to cover her body so there’d be no trace of her as the men would lower the casket tomorrow morning. As for now, she was gone, buried in place of the woman named Paula Schultz. Wife. Mother. Killer. Touya sighed as he looked back at the men, nodding and turning back towards the car. While most of the men gathered in one car, Touya entered the back of another car, while an American man entered the driver’s seat, turning on the ignition and turning to face Touya. “Where to, boss?” The man asked, the simple look on his face saying it all, boredom. “Train Station. I’m taking a vacation.” Touya simply said, as the man drove off towards the train station. Everything else seemed like a blur as Touya sent the man away, got on the train, and traveled home to his family. He needed the vacation though; it was just a little too much dealing with the city right now. |

Also, to answer Craze's question. You can either make up your own main character or use one of yours. |

Ooh, I'm excited. You can control other people's characters in your fic? Do you have to get their permission first, or what? Also, does it have to take place in Shinya, or can it be elsewhere and with the same characters/universe? (i.e. in America) |

The way it has been done in the past is that you ask the members (either privately or publicly) for permission to use their character. I assumed that's how we're supposed to still do it but I don't know if that's how Koba wants it. |

Okay, here's mine. You gotta have the background music!! Distant Everyday Memories Please listen to the music as you read it, it really help sets the mood. Distant Everyday Memories- Shinya Fan Fic The fresh snow sprinkled across the winter grass of the spacious courtyard welcomed the family van as it slowly crept up the salted drive way of Shinya Koukou, more fondly known as Shinko. The blue sky, clear from the previous night’s snowfall, splashed its own reflection over the van’s windshield as the vehicle pulled to a stop in the white bordered pick up zone. The school was alive. Students hurried in and out, carrying bags, trunks, boxes, anything and everything they wanted to take home for the long holiday break. With tears in their eyes, friends waved their goodbyes, embracing the warmth of each other for the last time for the stretch of the next month. Parents marveled at how tall their sons and daughters had grown over the last semester, and younger siblings danced about their role models with beaming smiles. Cars packed full of this and that pulled away from the school, overflowing with waving hands, bidding their Christmas goodbyes and best wishes. She saw her bright young face, stretching her hand as high into the air as it would reach, calling out a farewell to her friends. She was her granddaughter, Aya, a slightly tall for her age, but filled with sunlight and joy, brunette. Aya’s high spirits and innate toughness made her what gave the family the most joy. The girl saw the familiar white minivan’s side door slide open, and with it slid a smile across her rosy face. “Hey!” she shouted as she hopped down from the concrete steps and bounded over the slippery grass towards the van. Behind her waves of chocolate brown bounced against her shoulders. “Aya! Be careful, it’s slippery!” warned her mother, extending a worried hand out to warmly take hold of her daughter’s outstretched hands. But the worry was gone as she felt Aya’s soft mittens wrap around her shoulders. The mother embraced her daughter and took a look over her with a beaming smile. “You’ve got so much energy!” “Doesn’t she always?” Aya’s father shut him driver’s door with a smirk and came around the side to help take out the wheel chair. He set the chair down and folded it out, testing it with his hands to make sure it was steady. Satisfied, he pushed some raven hair from his face and smiled to the last member of the family. “Alright, mom,” Carefully, he helped the old woman out of the back seat. “Thank you,” said the old woman who took a few small steps towards the wheel chair, feeling quite glad she could at least stretch her legs a little after the long drive. With a hand from her son, the old woman took a seat in the wheel chair, helping her daughter in law lay the hand knitted blanket over her lap. “Now where’s that beautiful face I’ve been waiting to see this whole drive?” the grandmother smiled her aged but full lips. “Grandma!” Aya leaned down to wrap her arms around her precious grandmother. “I’m so glad you came!” “ I wouldn’t pass up a chance to see my beautiful, Aya” the old woman said as she kissed the side of Aya’s head and rubbed her back, already feeling younger just being around the girl. “Now, are you going to show me around? I want to see what’s changed around here,” she adjusted the blanket over her lap and looked up towards Aya. “Of course, grandma.” Aya smiled and took the wheel chair’s handles. “ Mom, Dad, all my stuff’s in my room and ready to go if you wanna get a head start. I promised grandma I’d give her the tour.” “Don’t you girls do anything crazy now,” Aya’s father said looking more to his mother than his daughter. His mother smiled and chuckled a little. “Ohh, don’t worry. I’m too old for any running and jumping now.” The old woman waved her hand dismissively. Aya smirked and nodded to her parents, pushing her grandmother along towards the main building. “What do you think, Naota? Has it changed since you’ve been here?” asked Aya’s mother, taking her husband’s arm in hers, watching their precious daughter and grandmother stroll through the campus. “No, not really, some things look a bit newer, but all in all,” he looked at his wife. “It’s the same old Shinko.” As they passed the bulletin board, the old woman fondly remembered how it always used to be filled with club ads on the bright colored paper. She remembered posting a few things up there herself. And still, she saw clubs ads and winter break notices posting just as they had been all those years ago. “Everything is still just the way I left it,” the old woman smiled, settling into her chair as her granddaughter gently pushed her along. They quietly rolled through the hallways, and the sounds of footsteps echoed in the old woman’s mind. She could see it like she was there, even now. When the bell rang and the school came alive, all the students rushing to get to their next classes. The sound of chatter and laughter rang in her ears though the hall way was empty. And she also recalled the mellow sounds of sobs, for Shinko had seen its fair share of dismal dreary days. The old woman felt her chest tighten as they passed the window that overlooked where she had tragically lost a friend. Rolling past the classrooms, the old woman felt the nervousness she’d had on her first day. How scared she’d been walking into that classroom without knowing a soul. But she also recalled the many times she’d laughed in those classrooms, surrounded by friends, everyone smiling. She remembered her first Christmas here at Shinya… After hours on break they’d snuck back into the home ec classroom to make smores over the gas stoves. Their hot chocolate turned out terrible, but they all drank it anyways laughing at each other’s disgusted faces. She recalled how much of a rebel she’d felt like back then, and how she and her friends had written across the board ‘Gochisousama’ and signed it ‘Santa’s elves’. Did students still do that kind of silly thing? Oh, how the years had passed. A longing in the old woman’s heart reached out for those days. Those days when she woke up late and ran to class with her sweater on backwards. Those days when she’d forgotten her notebook in class with the love letter sticking out of the top. Those days when she’d argued with her friends, only to cry later and eat dinner together later that night, both laughing at their stupidity. Those days when her hair wasn’t silver. Those days when she felt like she could last forever as long as she had her friends. “Grandma, is it true that you got to go to Hokkaido when you went to school here?” Aya asked, leaning forward a little bit. Her grandmother smiled with nostalgia and nodded. “It’s true. Oh, what a wonderful vacation that was. The Amari family funded it for us, we got to stay in a mansion and go to the hot springs and skiing,” the old woman smiled to herself. How young she’d been back then. How young they had all been back then. It warmed her heart to think of connections she’d made. Brief recollections of her conversations and faces flashed through her mind like a film skipping. “What’s that over there?” the old woman asked, pointing lightly towards a case in the hallway she’d never seen before. “Oh,” Aya smiled, pushing her grandmother towards it. “It’s new this year. Student council made it,” Aya stopped the chair in front of the large wooden framed glass case. She looked up at it, smiling at a trophy. “Shinko won that this year, for our girl’s tennis team.” Aya proudly beamed at the trophy, being one of the star members. Her grandmother reached back, patted her granddaughter’s hand softly. “Oh, it’s in your blood,” she said, remembering a black and pink haired young lady who they called the Queen of Tennis. She thought back to the first game she watched her play. It was amazing how fast she’d moved and how she’d hit the ball with such force. She’d been a strong woman her entire life. “Not from my side, mind you,” the woman chuckled, admittedly, even in her youth, terrible at sports. “Yeah, but mom’s no good at sports either,” Aya laughed, gray eyes sparkling. Her grandmother smiled a little. “So I guess it skipped a generation, huh?” Aya stepped aside from the wheelchair and looked over the trophies and photos. “Look, it’s dad.” She pointed at a photo of a young raven haired boy holding a diploma which read ‘Valedictorian’. With a sigh Aya shook her head. “How am I supposed to out do that?” “ Oh, your dad did nothing but study all day, if he tells you it’s natural, he’s fibbing,” the old woman laughed, recalling the days she’d have to encourage her son to go out and play with the other kids and break himself away from the books. Aya smiled in return and pointed to another photo. “It’s you, grandma.” “Oh is it now?” the old woman peered into the case. “Now why did they keep that old thing?” “Because Grandma was an important part of this school’s history, too.” Aya put her hands on her knees to examine the photo with her grandmother. “Oh,” she said suddenly, standing back up. “ I’m going to go say goodbye to one of my teachers, I’ll be right back.” Aya gave her grandmother’s hand a squeeze and hurried off down the hall to catch her instructor. As her granddaughter’s footsteps faded, the old woman continued to gaze into the glass case through her old reflection. She looked past the silver hair and slightly wrinkled face. She gazed past the years that had aged her into the photo that captured the past. It seemed like just yesterday they’d all haphazardly lined up, unsure of where to stand, bumping into each other, to take this photo. She felt like her old body had been whisked away into the past, like she’d been standing there amidst the most important people in her life. She could feel the chilly weather of that day nip at her nose and blow right through her scarf. She could still taste the Christmas cookie she’d eaten just before hand. She could smell the pine in the air from the giant Christmas tree set in the center of the courtyard behind them. She could see the photographer motion for them to step closer to one another. She closed her eyes, imagining it. Soon the sounds of last minute ‘move here’s or ‘you’re blocking me’s and ‘smile a little will you’s echoed in her ears, bringing her to the moment where she stood pressed against the warmness of her friends, a bright smile across her face, ready for the camera to preserve that precious memory. The camera flashed and she suddenly found herself back in the hall way, sitting before the trophy case, a heavy feeling set in her heart. With a small smile, she placed her hand over her heart. Though the feeling was heavy, she’d never felt lighter. Though the photos all stood before her, she would never forget those days. Everyday her heart would beat for those fond memories. Back then, they were so young. They had so many dreams, and they’d grown to fulfill them. But now… being there again was her dream. Maybe then she would have shed tears at a moment like this, but now, she saw the years of strength built in her eyes, undoubtedly because of the very people she fondly smiled at in the photo. The very first Shinko Sports Society. “Just like I remember you,” she said folding her hands in her lap. “I guess I’m the only one left now,” one by one she looked over the smiling, and not smiling, faces of the Triple S members. “ Those were my most precious memories…” She felt a chill rise in her spine as she’d felt so many times. Smiling, she already knew. Perhaps she couldn’t see them, but she could feel them. She could feel all of them there with her. Reaching up to her shoulder, she placed her hand atop the warm hand she felt rest itself on her. She turned, half expecting to see him, but instead saw the beautiful face of her granddaughter. “Are you ready to go now, Grandma Nao?” Aya asked, lightly squeezing her grandmother’s shoulder. The old woman nodded and patted Aya’s hand. “ Yes… Yes, I’m ready,” Nao cast one last glance at the photo and smiled. “ How is the Triple S club doing now days?” she looked up at her granddaughter as the young girl turned the chair and began pushing her grandmother back the way they’d come. “ It’s great, we just set up a sports day for spring,” Aya said with a chirp in her voice. Nao smiled and asked her granddaughter to tell her more. Aya glady did… |

A Shinya Carol Coryn was anxious; it was to be expected however, due to tonight being a big night. He looked through his wardrobe and grabbed the appropriate dressings. It was so weird, Coryn thought as he prepared his hair, he had never done anything like this before tonight and it was highly unlikely he’d get to do it again, it was his senior year. Everyone had worked so hard and it was finally all coming-holy crap was that the time?! Coryn Dashed from his room running at high-speed to the auditorium. He entered to find the room filled with people. “Dammit, I need to get to the stage…how can I?” An idea popped into his head and Coryn moved back got a running start and leaped and back flipped over the crowd to the stage. As he was readjusting his wig to the proper shape, Otoha, already properly dressed gave Coryn a dry unamused look. “There are stairs for the actors…” He said begrudgingly. Coryn’s face sunk, he had forgotten about that. His smile quickly returned. He spoke quickly “Otoha, we better get backstage!” Otoha made a sigh that seemed to state that this fact was obvious and barely needing of mention. Coryn went to the back and there in a circle were all the other players set into their positions. Coryn smiled at them “Im not late right?” Some sighed others giggled. There really was no time to discuss anything at this point. Everyone reached their positions and as the Curtain opened, the viewers in the audience opened their program and read: “A Shinya Christmas Carol: Original by Charles Dickens New More Amusing and Ridiculous Version: The Students of Shinya High” The cast was listed below: * Ebenezer Scrooge: Coryn Arcana * Bob Cratchit: Jameson B. Willicot * Tiny Tim (son of Bob): Damon Ark * Jacob Marley (who appears in the story only as a ghost): Otoha Yuudai *Random Love Interest: Chizu Yamamura * The Ghost of Christmas Past: Nao Shiroki * The Ghost of Christmas Present: Chizu Yamamura * The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come: Asmodeus Soloman The audience murmured and then hushed as Coryn and Jameson took the stage. Coryn was dressed almost humorously in the fact, he looked nasty…too nasty like a satire of what the real thing should be. He wore a black suit of the Dickens era with his collar up, the boy looked like he should be sucking blood not counting money like he was. Aside from Jameson there were several other clerks dressed in the same tan outfits leaving the stage. Suddenly Jameson looked up at Coryn “Sir I have finished. May I leave?” Jameson asked stepping up from his desk “Ah yes, good then Cratchett, remember to be here early next morning.” Coryn responded in a harsh gruff tone that really didn’t seem to match him at all “But sir, it is Christmas day tomorrow!” Jameson said looking shocked Coryn suddenly broke character completely “Ah you are right Im sorry, you can-“ A stage hand through a apple at his head “Um NO! I am mean and nasty, no Christmas for you WHAHAHAHA!” The stage hand slapped himself in the face. Jameson looked downcast and gathered his things and smiled as he departed “As you wish Mr Scrooge” Coryn looked confused for a second “Oh yeah…because Im scrooge, well since Im obscenely rich I shall now go home where I shall continue to do nothing.” Coryn exits stage right and suddenly the stage hands appear and switch the scene so it not looks like Mr. Scrooges Study. Coryn moves and sits in the chair, and said “I have come home, yes it is an eerie place, I ate a very bad Christmas dinner, because Im rich and miserly” Due to lack of time the students had to add some exposition lines…no matter how awkward they seemed. After looking through a book for awhile and counting money Coryn fell asleep in his chair. Otoha was then lowered down on a wire. He was wearing all grey and was made up to look all white in complection also he was wearing the traditional Marley chains. He opened his mouth and half heartedly said “Scrooge, scrooge…wake up…” A loud snoring sound came from the chair, Coryn had actually fallen asleep. Otoha sighed and leaned back and then forward kicking the chair over and Coryn with it. As Coryn got up he spoke so the audience couldn’t hear him. “You realize normal people don’t go to sleep while acting in a play?” He shrugged as Coryn recovered himself and said yet another exposition line “Oh dear, It is Jacob Marley, he used to be my partner, and was just as rich as me and just as nasty, now he’s dead, so he cant be here. He is probably just an illusion due to indigestion.” When reading the story Coryn had wondered how indigestion could cause someone to hallucinate, but that’s what dickens wrote. Ignoring this the play continued as Otoha exclaimed “My friend it is I beyond the grave, here to warn you, tonight you will be visited by three ghosts to help you turn from your evil ways.” “But I act like you…and you seem fine.” Coryn said inquisitively Otoha sighed “No Im being punished eternally for being such a bad person” Coryn broke character again “Aww…Otoha you are sometimes antisocial but that doesn’t make you a bad person!” A stage hand appeared and beat Coryn to the ground simply holding a sign saying “Experiencing Technical Difficulties.” Otoha simply sighed as he was pulled away again The scene switched again with Coryn in his bed awake waiting for the three promised spirits. “Oh well, looks like no one is gonna show up..” Coryn thought aloud as he got comfortable and of course as soon as he did there was a knocking on the window. There Hung Nao dressed to look like some goddess of evergreens as Coryn moved to open the window She then announced to all “I am the ghost of Christmas past” Coryn looked at her oddly “You’re a ghost?” Nao smiled nervously “Yes.” Coryn was gonna do it again wasn’t he… Coryn frowned “You cant fool me, why would a ghost dress up like that it much be uncomfortable and why didn’t you just go through the wind-“ A strange hand backhanded him and he straightened up “So umm you were saying?” “I am here to show you that there was good in you and there still is if you change” She grabbed coryns hand and the scene switched to a ballroom. Nao pointed to the corner of the room “Look there you are 10 years ago!” In front of the two a very disgruntled Chizu was dancing with a random character and tripping over the dress she was wearing Coryn was about to say “But Id only be eight” but saw a stage hand armed with nunchucks and said “Oh yes I remember this party I was infatuated with random love interest then.” Nao sighed, at least he had almost gotten the line right “Yes, remember how full of life you were then with love filling your heart?” Coryn frowned “I was foolish, wild and young, besides there she goes leaving with the other man. I lost this day. Do you come to just return my heartache?” He gestured as Chizu left with the random person and backstage could be heard yelling “WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE’s ANOTHER DRESS?” Nao looked down at Coryn and as she flew away spoke “Perhaps by the end of this night that is not all that will return!” Coryn awoke in his bed again. “Ah a dream, that is all it was.” He sighed and looked over at the window which was still open. He went over to close it and when he turned to return to his bed Chizu was floating down in a luminescent blue dress “Scrooge scroo- aww damnit!” The tail of the dress had gotten caught in the wire and she had to rip it before it began to move again. Rearranging herself he looked down at Coryn “I am the ghost of Christmas Present!” Coryn smiled at Chizu. “Hello Chizu you look very pretty in that costume” Chizu blushed “Oh, I um I don’t really like it…” A stage hand appeared as Coryn was about to speak again and beat Coryn again as Chizu winced from watching the stagehand then left and a slightly bruised Coryn rose “Perhaps we should get going before my lung collapse…” The scene shifted to show a family gathered around a table. At the stove sat Damon with a walking cane watching clothes boil over the fire. Coryn and Chizu watched from outside as the mother set a small goose on the table. Coryn spoke “Why don’t they get a bigger one?” Chizu frowned and looked very serious “You barely pay enough for Cratchett and his family to eat at all this night” However Coryn’s eyes began to grow with tears of sympathy and Chizu quickly said “But its ok Coryn this is all fictional!” The Stage hand appeared and hit both over the head as Jameson walked in. “Family!” He yelled “I am home” The mother quickly gathered everyone at the table and began to say the grace and Damon ended it with “And god bless us, everyone!” The wife frowned “Including Mr Scrooge? Im telling you Bob, you must not continue to work for that man!” Jameson smiled “Oh its fine..Tim cmon here” He lifted Damon up onto his knee (with the help of some wire) and spoke “Im just happy I can spend Christmas with all of You” Coryn looked at the boy “He cannot walk” Chizu nodded “Yes and if this keeps up, If you stay the way you are, He shall die” Coryn breathed in disbelief “There must be some way..” Chizu began to float off and sighed getting ready to take the dress off as soon as she could and get changed into some normal clothes. Coryn appeared once more in his bed but immediately got up and just waited for the ghost. Then suddenly a figure in a dark cloak appeared in his hand was a scythe and he extended his hand toward Coryn. Asmodeus barely had to act. Coryn looked over at him “Past present, and you must be future.” The grim figure nodded as Coryn extended his hand and it was grasped. They were now in a cold dark field. In only one house was a light lit. Several people were gathered around a fire “Ha, and so he’s dead, I call his bed, it always appeared so comfy” Said the one farthest to the right “You’ll have much competition, most of the house has been cleaned out already” said another “I swear this place seems to have grown happier since his death” said one as they raised drinks to each other “ Long live that wretch of hell” Coryn looked sadly at the ghost “Who is this that they speak of so wretchedly about?” Asmodeus pointed a finger at the gravestone. Grasping at earth and fighting the winds Coryn crawled to the stone. “No this cannot be…this cannot be!” On the stone it Read Ebenezer scrooge. Beside it was a grave and with a roaring laugh Asmodeus pushed Coryn in. Coryn yelled for help and suddenly- -He was in his bed again, the light shone through his window pane. He patted himself as if checking that it really was him. Still in his pajamas he ran to the window to see a boy passing papers. “boy! What day is it?” The boy gave him a quizzical look “Why sir! It is Christmas Day!” Coryn mumbled to himself “then it is not too late!” He grabbed a bag of coins and threw it to the boy “Go buy the largest goose you can and bring it to the Cratchett residence!” Coryn skipped down the stairs putting on his clothes and grabbing his cane. He had a bit of a show planned for Cratchett. He walked up to the counting shop and there was Jameson wrapped up as tightly as he could be. Coryn barked at him before he could speak “What are you doing here?” “But sir you told me to be here!” “Auch! That was before I decided to fire you!” Jameson’s face went pale “But sir!” Coryn gave him a harsh look and hit him with his cane “Did you forget I was mean and nasty? Auch well I suppose I can walk you home.” The Pair walked and then as they came to the house Jameson saw the goose and looked at Coryn. Coryn shoved a bag into his arms “Consider this your bonus…” They joined up with the rest of the family and began to say grace and Damon ended the play with his line “God bless us everyone!” The curtain closed and audience roared with delight and rose from their seats each clapping and yelling encore. The curtain opened and the cast bowed and went backstage. Coryn smiled at everyone “I think that went really well!” The cast gave them all their own awkward smile as the stagehands leaped up to exact the revenge they couldn’t on stage. And thus this ends Shinya’s production of “A Christmas Carol” |

Mine: It was cold. The snowflakes glides down as many kids plays around the garden of an huge mansion, so huge that it could be considered a district. Some kids showed animal traits, such as tail or ears... Something pretty normal around those places. "You need to drink something hot..." said a girl's voice, next to a two-tailed and cat-eared woman, Noraneko Kurosora. "It is just Suzan..." Noraneko thought looking to the girl. It was Suzan, Erumain "Elmind" Kurosora's young sister, and the one he most treasured. "You know, you're not very stron- Oh, nevermind!" Suzan said and giggles. Noraneko, instead, sighed. "What's the matter? Thinking about the fox girl?" Suzan asked. "Yeah... You know, there's more than something that attracts me to her..." Noraneko said. Suzan pinchs Noraneko's cheek and laughs. "You're in l-o-v-e! You know you are!" Suzan said in a slighty mocking tone. "Gh-Gu-Gah-Fromwherethehellyougotthisidea?!" Noraneko said, keeping a bit of distance from Suzan. "From the moment I saw you two doing everything together... Even taking shower together..." Suzan said. "Like your brother never did so with you!" Noraneko whispers. "Yeah, but the difference is that he was a girly guy, not a girl!" Suzan snickers. Noraneko blinks her eyes thrice and flattens her ears. "You're scaring me!" Noraneko said and turned away. Suzan lit a flashlight under the chin and said "Me? Scary?". Noraneko looked to Suzan and her two tails puffed up. Suzan laughs and turns the flashlight off. "You're easy to scare!" Suzan said, wiping some tears of her face when she was laughing. When she looked to Noraneko, she had an evil grin and her eyes slighty piercing into Suzan's soul, making her shiver. Noraneko then laughs and stops staring into her eyes. "You got to see your face!" Noraneko said and then looks to Suzan, which was frozen in fear. "Suzan?", she said, but Suzan didn't react "What the hell...". "It took me some long while to snap Suzan out of it... I wonder what the others will be doing no-" Noraneko thought as she wondered to the living room, where she saw a tall boy with apparently no muscles, Eriotto, and the fox girl, Tsukiko Kitsune, Playing Guitar Hero II. Both using guitar controllers and playing "Free Bird" on normal. It was still a draw, but they seemed no good in playing that game. Missed few notes and all... Noraneko sits closer and watches. Sometimes Tsukiko got most of it, other times it was Eriotto's turn to turn the table. The longest streak came and Tsukiko couldn't stand it. That was where she failed most and the results showed it all: She lost by a huge margin. "Hey, I did pretty well!" Tsukiko said to Eriotto. "Yes, you did... For a newbie like you, you did well..." Eriotto said. Noraneko walked closer to Tsukiko. "What about you and me now?" Noraneko asked to Tsukiko. "Yeah, It'll be fun!" Tsukiko replied. Eriotto gave the 2nd guitar controller to Noraneko. "Sweet child'o mine?" Noraneko asked. "Can I play in co-op with you? Tsukiko asked. "Of course, but I'll be in the guitar!" Noraneko said. "And I'll be in the bass!" Tsukiko said and so they started to play that song... On normal. "Let the music guide you..." Noraneko said before the notes came. Tsukiko nodded and took a deep breath. The notes came for her and she followed the music. This time, she noticed: It wasn't too hard... They kept it going on, until the result was... 97%. "I-I did it?!" Tsukiko asked. "No, WE did it..." Noraneko said and set the guitar controllers aside as a happy Tsukiko hugs her, laughing happily. Noraneko blushes a bit, but holds her in her arms. "Hey, pass on the guitar... There are some other people willing to play too..." Noraneko said and Tsukiko gave out a slighty "Uh?", before remembering to set the guitar controller aside. "Silly girl..." Noraneko whispers to Tsukiko and heads out the living room with her. The snowflakes continues to come down, as a happy Tsukiko runs around, trying to catch'em. Noraneko walked behind her with a small smile on her pretty face. "Here, I caught one!" Tsukiko said and goes to Noraneko with her hands hiding something. "Hm? Let me see..." Noraneko asked and Tsukiko opens her hands, revealling a snowflake "A pretty one...". "If just Elmind could be here to see..." Tsukiko closed her hands and held'em together. Noraneko held Tsukiko's hand and said. "Oh, my dear... He IS here..." Noraneko said, still smilling. "In spirit, right?" Tsukiko said with her never-dying smile. "Yeah, that way too!" Noraneko said. Tsukiko turned around to look to Kurosora Mansion. "I feel happy here... Everyone treated me as if I was completly normal..." Tsukiko said. Noraneko hugs Tsukiko from behind and looks to the mansion too. "Yes... It's because you're now the 'heart'... But you're a different heart... Happy, rarely collapses..." Noraneko said and Tsukiko looks up to her. "You remind me of Elmind, sometimes..." Tsukiko says and sighs, smiling. "Good... Now we got to take a shower, wear formal dresses and then wait for the Christmas Supper..." Noraneko and Tsukiko giggles. "Okay!" Tsukiko said. Noraneko turned Tsukiko around, so they'd face each other. Tsukiko's lips approaches of Noraneko's lips, but, before the climax, Suzan's voice could be heard, saying "Our brazilian cousins are here!". "Uh... We never-" Tsukiko said but Noraneko cuts, saying "Nuh, nuh-uh! Never tried...". Tsukiko simple giggles and they walk back into the mansion. "Wow, they're tall..." Tsukiko said and wasn't joking or lying. Fernando Kurosora Bastos, Alexandre "Alê" Takato Kurosora and some other brazilian cousins were basketball players AND really tall. They had 2 meters easily. "Olá! Ei, você é bem diferente do resto da família..." Alê said to Tsukiko. "What did he say?" Tsukiko whispers to Noraneko. Noraneko shrugs. "Dunno... I don't know portuguese..." Noraneko said. Tsukiko Frowns at that, and that resulted in some laughter. Tsukiko couldn't help but laugh too. Slowly the house was full of members of the Kurosora family and friends. Some were visibly adopted, others were hard to tell how related they were to the Kurosora clan. Stillm, Tsukiko found herself slighty lost, but got over that feeling. She snickered when a dog-tailed boy held the tail of a skunk-tailed boy and got "sprayed", but still, she knew she'd better be ready for the supper. She went to Noraneko's room, which once was Elmind's room. How she knew that? A framed picture hanging on the wall. She puts her hand on the pic and sighs. "Well, I guess you want me to live on..." she said and borrowed some clothes from Noraneko. She smiles to the picture, before leaving to the bathroom. After the shower, Noraneko and Tsukiko helps each other. "You need to adjust the shoulder straps!" Noraneko said. "Can I tie a ribbon to your hair?" Tsukiko asked after Noraneko adjust the shoulder straps. "Oh, right!" Noraneko said and Tsukiko ties a ribbon to Noraneko's hair. They looked at themselves on the mirror and noticed something was wrong. "The tail!" they said in unison. They forgot to bring it out the dress, so it wouldn't pull the dress up. "Ah, now it is better..." Noraneko stated. "The supper is soon?" Tsukiko asked, visibly excited as her tail wags wildly. "Yep, let's get to the living room and wait..." Noraneko said and leads her to the living room, where everyone was looking to the christmas tree, which was half hidden by the huge ammount of gifts. "Some of them is yours, Tsukiko..." Noraneko said and puts a hand on Tsukiko's shoulder. Tears of joy ran down Tsukiko's eyes. "I bought something for you too... You'll know when you open, after midnight..." Noraneko said and wipes the tears off Tsukiko's eyes. "You... You sh-" Tsukiko said, but Noraneko gently held a finger on Tsukiko's lips. "Shh... I felt like giving you something beacuse you're important to me..." Noraneko whispers to Tsukiko and they hug each other. "Oh, God... This is a moment I'll never forget... NEVER!" Noraneko thought. "Warm... Like whenever Elmind hugged me..." Tsukiko thought. "Supper time!" A woman yelled. The table was ready and a woman wearing a blue and green dress was setting the turkey in the center of the table. Once everyone sat around the table it was noticeable that some couldn't get a seat... But the problem was solved, as they were allowed to eat on the couch or somewhere else. "Where's Noraneko and Tsukiko?" the woman asked Suzan and Eriotto. "Outside, looking at the snow, mom..." Suzan said. "Oh, well, I'll go get some dishes with the supper for'em..." Eriotto said and stood up, serving on two dishes a good portion of the supper and taking'em out. It was exactly how Suzan said: They were sitting in the balcony's tables and staring at the sky. "Here..." Eriotto's voice said as two dishes full of food were placed on the table. "Thanks, Eriotto!" Noraneko said. "Thanks, Eriotto! Tsukiko said a little later. Eriotto smiles and walks back in. Noraneko looked to Tsukiko and asks "Shall we?". Tsukiko nods and they got the chopsticks. "Itadakimasu!" They said in unison and began to eat. "Mmmm, your aunt prepares some food!" Tsukiko comments while eatting. "Yes, I know... That's why I never eat out when I'm with my family!" Noraneko said and they continued to eat. "I'm full..." Tsukiko stated once she finished her dish. "I say... Well, I can eat more, but I want to keep this body..." Noraneko said. "Hah, I see!" Tsukiko said and laughs. Noraneko laughs as well. "Oh, I guess it is time for the gifts..." Noraneko said and they walk in as Tsukiko goes all "Yay, gifts!" and wags her tail. Once in, Tsukiko found her gifts easily. As for Noraneko's gifts... Well, Noraneko's gifts were safelly moved to her bedroom. Tsukiko got mostly dresses, kimono, ribbons, sandals and a special fur shampoo. But she didn't found the gifts Noraneko gave her. She sighed and took the gifts she received to Noraneko's room, since they were sharing the room, and then headed out, sighing, slighty sad. "Why the sad face?" asked Noraneko's voice, as they were walking on the snow outside. "I didn't found your gift..." Tsukiko said. "Well, that's because I decided to give you in person..." she said and shows a small box to Tsukiko. "That's your gift for me?" Tsukiko asked. "Yes... Go on, open it..." Noraneko asked. Tsukiko opens it and... Finds a black dog collar?! It was no simply dog collar. It was comfortable, soft, had a nice smell and a tag saying "Tsukiko and Noraneko, together forever". Tsukiko didn't knew what to say, even after reading the tag. "So, you like it?" Noraneko asks "Put it around your neck... Like this..." Noraneko puts the collar around Tsukiko's neck and adjusts so it wouldn't suffocate her. Tsukiko still had no words. "So?" Noraneko asked once more and held Tsukiko's head up by gently rising her chin. "What this means?" Tsukiko asks. "I love you, Tsukiko..." Noraneko said. "But... I love Elmind..." Tsukiko said. "Tsukiko... I AM Elmind..." Noraneko said and tears ran down Tsukiko's eyes, as she held Noraneko and kissed her passionately. Noraneko held her as well and kept the kiss as long as she could. "I knew you were here..." Tsukiko thought. "I knew you wouldn't forget me..." Noraneko thought. On the sky, a single star glows right above'em and the lights were slowly fading, leaving the couple alone. "Together... Forever..." they thought at the same time. *pants* I never wrote this much! |
